DAY 6 - October 31, 2012 Kathmandu to Pokhara
On our way to Pokhara where the trek will begin. Bus will drive on a winding and often times a treacherous mountainside road with many scenic views. Refreshment and tea at Hamlet Restaurant Adamghat and lunch at Riverside Spring Resort. Overnight at the Shangra-la Village Resort and a lecture on Annapurna Conservation.
Gorgeous scenery and very interesting local color and activities. I think I found Julie's carry on in the guest room last night, sorry about that. I think she was so busy repacking Sylvia, she forgot she had one. I hope that has not been too stressful. Actually nobody looks stressed and it appears everyone is having a wonderful time. LJ
