DAY 20 - November 14, 2012
- Depart for Delhi - early morning flight back to New York on November 15.
- En-route, expore Fatehpur Sikr, the deserted sandstone city built by the Moghal Emperor Akbar. A variety of architectural styles are found, since craftsmen representing many schools were employed. Originally planned as the capital, a shortage of water compelled Akbar to abandon his plans.

The 'Drunken' Elephant Stone - If a criminal was found guilty, an elephant was chained to this stone and was given alcohol until it was totally intoxicated. The criminal was forced to lay down and the drunken elephant would stomp. If the criminal was lucky, the elephant would miss and the criminal would be set free.

Back on the road to Delhi and through small villages - Piles of cow dung used as firewood can be more commonly seen.
